This society is a non-political and human development organization for human rights and the society will follow the universal declaration and human rights policy of UN body. The aims and objects of it will be as:

a) The job seekers of Bangladeshi in foreign countries will be imparted training to make them fit for jobs.

b) To collect and supply the news and information relating to job market for Bangladeshi job seekers from different countries of the world and to maintain an information Bank.

c) To provide all kinds of assistance and co-operation to the Bangladeshi job seekers to enter into the competitive job markets of the world. To safe guard the interest of the expatriates, to assist for remedy of burucratic complexity and hostile attitude of immigrant government and offices and side by side to unite the Bangladeshi vast community so as to introduce them with the people of the expatriate country, to create enthusiasm and attraction of investors of foreign countries and their government, to enhance employment of Bangladeshi expatriates and above all, to work for the development of infra-structure of Bangladesh.

d) To remove problems of working Bangladesh people in foreign countries, if necessary to extend financial and legal assistance to solve the problem of Bangladesh expatriates like- unemployment driving campaign, driving out attitude of disparity sick and dead body's funeral and treatment, to realize compensation, insurance benefits and to manage to take other dues in favour of deceased person etc.

e) Improvement of foreign employment, development of working condition and environment, medical treatment, dwelling, food, education, conveyance, culture and religious function- advantages and disadvantages in carrying out those agenda are to be informed to Bangladeshi and to improve working standard for them to make the staying helpful and worthy.

f) To chalk out all out efforts for extension and improvement of economical, social cultural, educational, dwelling, medical facilities for Bangladeshi citizens internationally and to help and develop their staying abroad.

g) To follow the responsibilities given by Bangladesh government including other authorities for the development of Bangladeshi expatriates.

h) To start research, publicity, publication etc for the Bangladeshi job seekers and to provide assistance and encouragement to others and to search job market in different countries for the Bangladeshi desiring to be immigrants and to collect and supply information relating to VISA and all other co-operation to enter into the job market.

i) To play effective role to create mutual co-operation among the Bangladeshi and inhabitants of other countries in respect of language, culture, education, training, business, economical activities and this way to create congenial image and reputation for the Bangladeshi in the foreign countries.

j) To maintain communication, training and cultural and economical relation with the inhabitants of different countries and to contribute for pragmatic steps.

k) To manage scholarship for them who are desiring to go abroad for higher studies including making communication with different educational institution and to co-operate for admission and various functions relating to VISA.

l) To manage proper education for the children of Bangladeshi expatriates. To manage education to learn Bengali language, history of Bangladesh, religious and ethical education and to manage necessary workshop, seminar, conference etc.
