EXPATRIATES DEVELOPMENT
SOCIETY OF
1. Name of this society:
“Expatriates Development Society of Bangladesh” which after then will be termed as “Expatriate Society”.
2. Registered

3. The aims and objects of the society; This society is a non-political and human development organization for human rights and the society will follow the universal declaration and human rights policy of UN body. The aims and objects of it will be as:
a) The job seekers of Bangladeshi in foreign countries will be imparted training to make them fit for jobs.
b) To collect and supply the news and information relating to job market for Bangladeshi job seekers from different countries of the world and to maintain an information Bank.
c) To provide all kinds of assistance and co-operation to the Bangladeshi job seekers to enter into the competitive job markets of the world. To safe guard the interest of the expatriates, to assist for remedy of burucratic complexity and hostile attitude of immigrant government and offices and side by side to unite the Bangladeshi vast community so as to introduce them with the people of the expatriate country, to create enthusiasm and attraction of investors of foreign countries and their government, to enhance employment of Bangladeshi expatriates and above all, to work for the development of infra-structure of Bangladesh.

e) Improvement of foreign employment, development of working condition and environment, medical treatment, dwelling, food, education, conveyance, culture and religious function- advantages and disadvantages in carrying out those agenda are to be informed to Bangladeshi and to improve working standard for them to make the staying helpful and worthy.
f) To chalk out all out efforts for extension and improvement of economical, social cultural, educational, dwelling, medical facilities for Bangladeshi citizens internationally and to help and develop their staying abroad.

h) To start research, publicity, publication etc for the Bangladeshi job seekers and to provide assistance and encouragement to others and to search job market in different countries for the Bangladeshi desiring to be immigrants and to collect and supply information relating to VISA and all other co-operation to enter into the job market.
i) To play effective role to create mutual co-operation among the Bangladeshi and inhabitants of other countries in respect of language, culture, education, training, business, economical activities and this way to create congenial image and reputation for the Bangladeshi in the foreign countries.
j) To maintain communication, training and cultural and economical relation with the inhabitants of different countries and to contribute for pragmatic steps.
k) To manage scholarship for them who are desiring to go abroad for higher studies including making communication with different educational institution and to co-operate for admission and various functions relating to VISA.
l) To
manage proper education for the children of Bangladeshi expatriates. To manage education to learn Bengali language, history of
4. Programs: To execute the aims and
objects of the society, the following programs will be taken in hand:
a) To set-up and organize requisite number of office, training and information center:
b) To set-up information bank and to preserve and circulate various information about the job for the job seekers through this bank. To collect and circulate information records for the expatriates, to preserve collect and circulate the job markets, legal and pragmative aspects of different countries and to assist the families of persons desiring expatriates.

set-up and organize requisite office, academy, aid center, development center
subject to the approval of
d) To develop working environment of the expatriates and Bangladeshi job seekers through exchange of views and necessary direction as per needs of the time. To solve the problems of the expatriates like rescue from jail, overcome the unemployment, treatment of ailing persons, sending dead body to homeland or burial in foreign land through discussion with authority and assistance to the family of the deceased person.
e) To help the expatriates for economical saving through legal and realistic assistance regarding immigration hazards, staying in abroad, to bring families in foreign lands etc.
f) To help expatriates in various initiatives e.g. to come forward for humanitarian services at the time of natural calamity in homeland, to remove illiteracy of the country, to render health services and to encourage the expatriates in other programs and to assist for implementation of this plan in the country.
g) To
encourage and to extend co-operation for arranging seminar, display, cultural
exchange, games & sports in home and abroad etc. To play
a vital role for sending foreign exchange in the homeland and to invest in the
way as approved by the
h) To teach language course to expatriates, VISA processing in Embassy, ministry and other concerned offices and counseling in this regards. To provide administrative, legal counseling, co-operation to the families of expatriates. To provide co-operation for sponsorship to the expatriate state and counseling relating to media of works, business immigration.
i) For the progress of the expatriates arrangements of meeting , seminar, conference, workshop, exchange of views, tours, creation of cordial relation and to arrange terminal, half yearly, yearly and other meetings for discussion and solution of various problem of the expatriates.
j) To carry out various service functions like drug prevention, treatment of drug addicted persons & rehabilitation, maternity, child home, youth development, treatment of birds & beasts, water, sanitation, availability of improved medical services in urban and rural areas, rehabilitation, shelter, education for destitute and helpless, to implement people oriented those programs including program to protect balancing of environment.
5. Source of income and sector of expenditure:
a) Income: The fund is most essential to organize and achieve the aims and objects and to implement the progress of the body. The source of income of the society will be as under:
i) Members enlistment fee, subscription and one time donation.
ii) Grant from various social well wishers, establishments and government.
iii) Grants and financial assistance from various well wishers, establishments of home and abroad.
iv) Income and profit out of investment of the society.
v) Income of the society from its initiatives and projects taken.
vi) Income from the publication of book, magazine and brochures of the society.
vii) Income from the earnings of service oriented training, VISA processing and income from debit and credit of various service activities.
viii) Income received from miscellaneous sources, donation and grants etc.
b) Expenditure: As per yearly budget and short term implementation of programs the incomes availed from various sources may be spent in various planned sectors in order to implement the programs and organize activities of the society. It’s income shall not be distributed to the members of the society in a manner of profit or bonus.
6. Abolition: If necessary the society can be abolished as per decision of the voting of three-fifth (3/5) member/members of the society. After deducting all expenses of abolition and paying all transactions, the remaining assets if any, will be handed over to a body which is established on similar aims and objects.
